Welcome Cocktail Party: Saturday, May 18th, 2013

Join us to relax and mingle with the other wedding guests before the main event. Come for the drinks and appetizers or just to socialize. Either way, you are welcome to stay as long as you like.
Location: Our rental house, 53-012 Halai St, Hauula, HI
Time: 7:00 pm

 

Rehearsal: Sunday, May 19th, 2013 

Join us for some delicious Hawaiian food and to get the celebration started!
Location: The wedding rehearsal will be at the venue, Waimea Valley. The meal to follow (to which all guests are invited) will be at Haleiwa Joe's, which is located at 66-011 Kamehameha Hwy, Haleiwa, HI 96712.
Rehearsal Time: 2:00 pm
Luncheon Time: 3:00 pm

 

Wedding Day: Monday, May 20th, 2013

Location: Waimea Valley 59-864 Kamehameha Hwy, Hale`iwa, HI 96712
Time: 4:30 pm - 10:00 pm

Ceremony:
The Ceremony will take place at the Upper Meadow at Waimea Valley. This location is about 1/2 mile along a paved road from the parking lot. A golf cart will be provided for any guests who are unable to make the walk. The location is a grassy lawn, so please wear appropriate shoes.

Reception:
The reception will be held in the covered open-air Pikake Pavilion which is next to the visitor's center on the East side of the main lawn.
